57 lbs down... a long but fun road still ahead of me

Alright i realized after looking for my heaviest photos that i didn't take and i wasn't in a lot of photos at my heaviest. I'm down 57 lbs and have some huge goals ahead of me. I'm training for a 150 mile bike ride in may for MS.

Even though there is not a huge difference i feel like a new person with the weight iv lost and the BAD habits i gave up.

    u can totally see the diff. I also avoid pictures. gotta look for one of the VERY few I got ambushed with lol
