C25K, Insanity and JM

I realize I need to amp up my workouts. So I am going to do the C25K program. On my off days, I am going to alternate between JM 30 ds and Insanity. I like Insanty, but was getting bored. I think switching it up will really help. Plus, on days when I know I am rushed, knowing I can get a good workout in in 20 minutes will keep me going.

Lets hope for some quick results.

    Sounds like a good idea. I'm switching everyday between 30 DS, Ripped in 30, 6w6p, and killer buns and thighs. Just mixing them all up trying to break a plateau. Good luck to you. :smile:
  • Thank you. I had to add running/walking back in because its my first love, work out wise...lol. But I know Insanity/30 ds will give me some bonus results :)
