Worked out for about an hour and a half and scrubbed the hardwood floors on my hands and knees...I'm enjoying the last 15 minutes or so of my son's nap by doing NOTHING! But, I will be back at the gym tomorrow, don't you worry!0

Just got back from the gym. Did a run on the treadmill then arms. Feeling pretty pumped. Where's my protein shake?0

Just got back from acro practice. Most successful one yet! We rocked some new tricks, almost died a few times, but it was awesome heading back in once the kid room reopens for some cardio, core and flexibility training!0

Headed there in about an hour. Cardiobox/Turbo Kick tonight and probably work the legs, shoulders and abs too while I'm there.0
