I count calories, and I work out at least 4 days a week. At least 30 minutes each work out, on weekends I go for an hour. I run the treadmill, walk, and elliptical. One day my weight will be down a few lbs, then the next I will be up again. I am 5'5 and at 134 right now. I want to be back to 113 like I was in the summer! Please hlpe me know what I am doing wrong?

Do you mind opening your diary or at least telling us how many cals you eat and whether you eat your exercise calories? How long have you been going? Is there a general downward trend in your numbers or are you losing/gaining the same weight? Are you weighing/measuring everything? Are you measuring yourself or just weighing?
Sorry so many questions but it's hard to give an educated answer without having all the information.0

It is possible that you are over estimating calorie burn and under estimating calories consumed. So if you are eating all of your calories every day you may not have the deficit you think you do.0
