    No wonder I feel like the odd man out in life! I have no twin! Boo.

    A fitness twin would be good too! I work out 6 days a week - 6 days in the gym doing 40-45 min of cardio, 3X a week for an hour with a trainer and I'm training to run a 5K in May.

    I gained 195lbs when i quit smoking 12yrs ago when I graduated HS, almost 7yrs ago i moved to the states after I met/married my wonderful hubby, in march 09 my doc said there was no way they would want me to have a baby being 330lbs, so off i went to lose weight, 19 months I dropped 156lbs, gained 30-40 back with the buy/sell of our house in fall of 2010, back on track now 55lbs left give or take if i get preggers this year =)

    Hi, I was successful with MFP, 30DS and walking before, lost 38 total pounds, then took a nose dive when i developed severe rhabdomylosis from a spin class... was on a no exercise or unnecessary exertion restriction for about 2 months. It took me two more months to get my motivation back... so here i am again :)
