Hello everyone! I have recently seen the add for the beyond diet website here.. I clicked and watched the video and now I am considering forking over the $47. Does anyone have any experience with this website? And if so, is it something I should do? Thank you!

I turned it off as soon as they said it's not about how much you eat or how many calories you burn. Looks like another site asking you to pay them for information about what foods are "good" and which ones are "bad."

I wouldn't do it. They basically are telling you stuff that everyone knows:

watch portion sizes, eat organic if possible, stay away from processed foods.....

You don't need to pay someone $47 for that!

Thank you for all the replies! And I went back and watched again and you both seem to be quite right. I will stick to counting.

P.S. Awww... Downvoting Roman? Lol.. It's cool. Don't worry, I'm from the internet.

I agree with what the others said. Calorie counting and exercise is the only thing that works.

I see several comments talking about the Beyond Diet program but has anyone actually tried it?
  • Beyond Diet may not focus on counting calories, but it does give you a suggested intake. It's based on the type of food though, as opposed to how many calories the foods contain. So you have a certain number of carbs and proteins at each meal in an effort to have a meal that is balanced the way YOU need it to be, based on your metabolism type.
  • I watched this video and they are basically giving me all the information I already have - eat a balanced diet consisting of smaller portions of one ingredient items only - nothing that's processed. I am always looking for the miracle diet which will allow me to eat anything and everything i enjoy in any and all quantities with no exercising required. It's time i realized that there is no such thing and get down and work it.
  • I wouldn't pay the $47 for these information. However, I also think that in general, it's a good approach. In my opinion you should combine both don't consume too much calories a day and try to aim for the least processed food.
