I STARTED THE YEAR OFF BY QUITTING SMOKING. I STOPPED RIGHT AFTER CHRISTMAS AND I'M GOING ON 23 DAYS NOW. I'VE HAD SOME SUCCESS WITH THIS CALORIE COUNTING THING WE'RE ON BUT DIDNT KEEP IT GOING. LAST AUGUST 9TH I HAD A TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT. MY LEFT KNEE WAS REPLACED 3 YEARS AGO AND NOW I HAVE NO EXCUSSES. I'VE BEEN ON HERE FOE A WEEK NOW AND I'VE LOST 8 LBS. I'LL TAKE IT DAY BY DAY. GOOD EATING AND EXERCISE. MY 1ST GOAL WILL BE 340.

THANK YOU. I KNOW IT TOOK 40 YEARS TRAVELING ON THE WRONG ROADS TO GET THIS WAY, SO I REALIZE THERE IS NO SHORT CUTS OR INSTANT SKINNY PILLS, LOL. IT'S A LONG HIGHWAY AND I'M PUTTING MYSELF ON CRUISE CONTROL AND GOING A DAY AT A TIME. GOOD LUCK TO YOU ALSO.0
