I'm new here, but not new to weight loss attempts

Hello,
My name is Lori. I am 39 years old I am 5'6" and 219 pounds. I would like to get down to about 150 pounds in however long it takes. I do go to the gym 5 days sometimes 6 days a week. I love spinning class and I love to lift weights and cardio on the elliptical. I have a very busy schedule and my downfall is skipping lunch and sometimes breakfast depending on how busy I am at work.

    HI Lori! Welcome to MFP! I hope you find all the support and motivation that you need to help you reach your weightloss goal.
    I have been on this site since June and there are so many people that are here to help eachother stay motivated so we can all reach our health and fitness goals. If you are seeking friends you can add me. I am 40yrs old and trying to get in the best shape of my life. I workout 2x a day for approx. 1 1/2 to 2 hrs a day. I have more motivation now than ever since my sister will be getting married in may of 2013 and I am in the wedding. I keep telling myself I am already the oldest in the wedding party I cannot be the biggest.LOL. If you have any? just ask that is why we are all here.

    Lori im fatter and shorter than you lol!
    Good luck and its such a nice place here (only been here a day) and everyone is so kind im sure it will make it easier for us both!

    Thank you soo much everyone! I need all of the support I can get. I'm going to try to track a normal day of eating for me and see where my downfalls are first, then make a meal plan. Hope that it works as easily as I just typed it..lol
