    part of me wants to start carrying around a car tire to remind myself that I actually HAVE lost weight and DON"T look like I did a few months ago :P

    PS: yes my tracker says I've lost 14 pounds right now, but I stupidly weight at that time of the month... I'm really much closer to a tire than it looks
