Okay so I'm making chicken for dinner but no idea how much is 4oz of it! :grumble:
I have: Perdue Tender & Tasty Chicken Tenderloins...any idea how many pieces are 4 ounces??? Thanks!! :flowerforyou:

Look at the total weight for the package. If it is in pounds multiply by 16. Then divide by 4 to get total servings. Count the pieces to find out how many are in each serving.0

4oz is about the size of a deck of cards.. Remember chicken shrinks when you cook it0

I eat tenderloins almost everyday although mine are kroger brand.... 2 of the kroger brand is about 4oz0
