    what is the difference between the beginner and regular plank?

    beginner is on the forearms & knees while regular is on toes, kind of like a push up position but on the forearms instead of hands.

    1 week in... 2 lbs down (CW 144). I was hoping for more, but at least I'm going in the right direction? I'll just have to work harder this week I guess.

    Pleased to report I have been keeping up and doing my 2 mins of planks everyday!

    And for the weigh-in..

    I had a really good week but then I binged yesterday. :ohwell: But, it's a new week... hoping for a better loss next week! :smile:

    I lost 3 lbs. 46 lbs to go. Wow, three pounds lost. I did not think I did that well! I have managed to get my planks in daily but did not do 30 day shred for two days. Hope everyone had a great week!

    I've done all my planks this week plus I've worked out 6 of the 7 days. I'm still at 150lbs, no surprise there. I'm sure my weight won't change for another week or two. Good luck ladies!!! I'm pulling for all of you! :flowerforyou:

    Stayed the same this week :( This was an emotional week for some reason I can't figure out yet so my eating was crap. Now, I've apparently caught a bit of the flu and I have to travel 3 days this week for work. Ugh! Good luck this week everyone!

    Disappointing but, I did all the planks AND burned nearly 4,000 calories this week so hopefully it'll show by next week. I'm in this for the long haul!
