Banana Chocolate Crunch
This is an old old recipe from Weight Watchers, but I still like it for a "chocolate fix" - it's also a good way to use up ripe bananas.
3 ripe bananas
1/2 cup skim milk powder
1/2 cup cocoa powder
2 tbs Agave Nectar (or you can use another sweetener)
2 cups cereal (I use Rice Krispies)
Mix all together, divide into 6 servings on wax paper and freeze.
Each serving approx 160 calories
