i do a lot of lifting which targets abs but i am looking for some ab exercises that i can incorporate into the end of my workouts..... any suggestions?

    Smith ball planks
  • hangng leg raises.

    v-ups always get my bootcampers swearing at me.

    planks, especially side planks.

    and, what i always swear by....hill sprints!

    I do Kettlebell twists, my abs SCREAM after those!! I do three to four sets of 50 side to side. They are awesome--and have helped my core become sooo strong! And they rock for running! And, yes, I agree, planks are wicked as well. And Kettlebell swings, look them up on you tube to learn to them properly, then you can target your abs with the swings.

    By "at the end" do you mean cool down? If so the superman is a nice ab stretch. To the other things mentioned here I'll add mtn.. climbers and what Pauline calls the Gynecologist (IDK:smile: ) Lie back to the ground, legs stretched out low to the ground open and close you legs like scissors.
