I'm new!

Hi everyone, my name is Lyndsey and I've been doing this for 2 weeks. Lost 4.5lb up to now so I'm very pleased with that. I've got another 42lbs to lose.
Hope to post more as I progress.
Does anybody have any good advice or top tips that could help me achieve my goal?

    Plenty of friends for motivation, support and encouragement.

    When you are most inclined to snack e.g. at night when watching TV, find something to do with your hands such as Knitting, or , if you can afford it, buy a home exercise machine to use whilst watching your favourite shows.

    Weigh EVERYTHING you put into your mouth.

    If you feel hungry, drink some water as you may just be thirsty.

    Take 'before' pictures and keep them handy to look at whenever you want to eat the full packet of cookies.
