So I've been plateaued for about 2 and a half months now and it's been a bit of a drag. I feel the plateau breaking any day now, but it has been a bit discouraging (though I haven't let it change my healthy lifestyle). I did a side by side comparison of when I was close to my high weight and now, and even though I feel like I'm getting bigger and look awful because my weight has been the same for so long, the pictures don't lie. Even if the scale isn't changing, I'm changing my life forever. Thought I'd share.

From 372 to 269.
Size 26 to 16.

    You look amazing! Don't worry...the plateau can't last forever. Maybe change up your routine a little. You really have done an awesome job and have no reason to be discouraged!

    What a difference! Well done, you're doing really well :-) And well done for sticking with the healthy lifestyle during a plateau, these are the most difficult times to stay motivated.

    Don't lose hope! I've found that when I plateau, I need to take a day off or I need to do something different for a while. You've done a fantastic job so far! Keep it going!

    Girl you have come a long way! The scales are.our worst enemies......good for you for not getting discouraged and quitting!!! The scales will move again but just concentrate on how much healthier you are now!!!!
