palm pain when holding DB

hey guys, any solution for the palm and finger pain when grabbing the DB and doing curls?

    Try loosening your grip and/or using a lighter weight until your hands get stronger. :wink:
  • currently im only taking about 20lbs of DB only. seems to be quite light already and also just right to make my muscle to failure by end of a set.
