beginner is on the forearms & knees while regular is on toes, kind of like a push up position but on the forearms instead of hands.0 -

1 week in... 2 lbs down (CW 144). I was hoping for more, but at least I'm going in the right direction? I'll just have to work harder this week I guess.

I lost 3 lbs. 46 lbs to go. Wow, three pounds lost. I did not think I did that well! I have managed to get my planks in daily but did not do 30 day shred for two days. Hope everyone had a great week!0

I've done all my planks this week plus I've worked out 6 of the 7 days. I'm still at 150lbs, no surprise there. I'm sure my weight won't change for another week or two. Good luck ladies!!! I'm pulling for all of you! :flowerforyou:0

Stayed the same this week This was an emotional week for some reason I can't figure out yet so my eating was crap. Now, I've apparently caught a bit of the flu and I have to travel 3 days this week for work. Ugh! Good luck this week everyone!0

So up 1lb. this week. *sigh* I'm a little aggravated, but know that with adding in my workouts and still trying to get a complete handle on my eating, is going to cause a little bit of up and down. Even getting in all my workouts has been tough. Going to make myself more of a priority this week, plan my meals and workouts better, and hopefully this will make a difference.
I'm also going to buy a new scale cause the one I have now is not working right. :devil: :laugh:0 -

could be your muscles retaining water in order to repair themselves since you've been working out so much, i wouldn't worry about it too much! once your body gets more used to burning that many cals it should retain less water, good luck!!0 -

I did better this week then expected. It was a really busy week but I watched what I was eating and tried to work out....did my planks everyday!! Thanks for the challenge even when I had no motivation to do anything else I would still make sure I did my planks... even right before bed if I had to.
