:smile: ...Started again today...feeling fat and frumpy...weight gain due to stress....I can do this...
my goal is to lose 30kilos..but will take it one step at a time.....

    You can do this! :smile: Baby steps is the best way to do this. Set mini-goals and go for them one at a time.
