How would I log an average keep fit/excersise dvd? Would it be "Aerobics- General" ?

That would really depend on the DVD!

If you havent got a HRM, then i would log it as aerobic general :)

If its a dance workout dvd - log it as dancing, general

i would strongly recommend getting a HRM if you're going to be doing exercise DVDs because it's hard to estimate how much you're burning because there are so many variable factors. If you really can't get one i'd suggest using aerobics/dance/step etc
  • I'm logging it as aerobics - low impact so I don't over calculate cals burned. Thanks everyone!
