Looking for Butt Bible workout plan & nutirition guide

My wife ordered the butt bible after looking at some of the results on a previous thread here. We ordered it from Amazon and the DVD says I should be able to go to www.buttbible.com to download the workout plan. However, when I try going to the site, it indicates that I have to have a username and password to access it. I've been looking around online to see if I can find a PDF somewhere, but am not having any luck. Can anyone help me out? Do you know where I could get it from?
