calories in impact whey protein shakes?

Hi all.

I have just started taking impact whey protein shakes twice a day on days when I work out, i usually mix it with 150ml of skimmed milk - any idea how many calories this comes to? I presume the 98 calories it states on the packaging refers to mixing it with water only?

    log the shake, then log the milk. it's in the database.

    Good choice - I've been using MyProtein products for a while now.

    Yes as per the MyProtein website:

    Per 25g:
    Energy: 98.3Kcal
    Energy: 414.0kJ
    Protein (dry basis): 20.5g
    Protein (as-is): 19.6g
    Fat: 1.7g
    Carbohydrates: 1.5g
    Calcium: 125.0mg
    Cholesterol: 0.5mg

    You will need to add the skimmed milk to your diary too. :-)
