    congrats on your new baby! but Im curious as to what yogurt ranch is? I love ranch dressing but its so high in calories, is this an alternative?

    I made my own. I used 1 packet hidden valley ranch (powder) and combined it with 1 cup 2% milk and 1 cup 0% Fage Greek yogurt. Mix and put in fridge for 30 minutes to thicken. Turns out great!
