So I bought a bottle of PGX a while ago from my health food store actually and have yet to take it. I am wondering if you couls share your experiences and or concerns with this product.

    I've known some people to do very well with it. I am like you! Have the bottle and keep forgetting to use it. It really does help you feel full, as I did experiment with it a few years ago. Any research I have done on it, it seems safe and a good product. It doesn't do all the work though. Still have to practise moderation, and exercise!
