Foods to help satisfy appetite

I've been really good with sticking to my calorie limit and resisting temptation, but I still find myself being really hungry sometimes.

What are some good foods (especially ones to eat in the morning) that will help me feel more full during the day?

    The healthy fats keep you satisfied and the fiber from the apple fills you. Nuts and yogurt go good together also... Good luck...

    For some reason blueberries are helping me right now. They are sweet yet I don't feel like getting crazy with them.
