Since Valentines Day is only a couple days away I figured we should start on a diffrent holiday, St. Patrick's Day! Since St. Patrick's Day is on March 17, it gives us a good amount of time to make an improvement with our lives.

Heres how it will work every week there will be weigh-ins on Mondays, and there will be Mini challenges on Saturdays.

Ok here is the cart. If there are any mistakes please tell me and I will fix it. Ever monday ( the weight in days) I will add another colume as your weigh in weight so make sure you weigh in by the end of the day on Monday. First mini challenge starting on Saturday and ending on Sunday: Drink at least 16 cups of water per day.0
