Should I log it as aerobic exercise? and what kind of impact, high, low?

    I think people tend to log it as circuit training :)

    I log it as 20 minutes circuit training

    Level 1 I burn 135 calories
    Level 2 I burn 150 calories

    Just to give you a rough estimate. I'm 5'5" and 147 lbs 32 y.o. female
