Quick Breakfast?

Running out the door this morning, there was NO time for the usual veggie frittata. 10 whole wheat Saltines and a cup of coffee were the poor, but quick substitute. What do you suggest for a quick breakfast on the go?

Dry Kashi cereal & a greek yogurt. I put the cereal in a little baggie to eat in the car. The yogurt I eat at my desk.
Kashi has lots of cereals that have desent protein & fiber.0 -

I grab a babybel light and an apple or a Frusli bar. Some really organized people make pre-made mini quiches in muffin tins, freeze them, and just pop them in the microwave when they are in a hurry but I'm not that organized.0

Pre-make breakfast burritos. They have some low carb/low cal tortillas that you can use. Egg whites, veggies, cook them all up roll em up and freeze them, pop in the micro for a little bit (depends on micro) and there you have it.
Do the same thing w/ protein pancakes, just pop in the toaster.
Protein shakes
Keep some protein bars around (Quest has a great line)
Make homemade protein bars
Fruit/string cheese0
