I love swapping recipes and I have a great dessert. Cherry Clafouti.
1/2 cup 1% low fat milk
1/2 cup part skim ricotta chesse
2 large eggs
1/2 cup splenda granular
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/2 tsp pure almond extract
vegetable oil cooking spray
1 sup fresh pitted cherries (I use the Dole frozen ones and works just as good)
Confectioners' sugar
preheat oven 425, put first 7 ingredents in food processor, let sit for 20 min. Spray 9 in round ceramic baking dish. add mix and evenly arrange cherries in batter. Bake 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and fluffy. Sprinkle with Confectioners' sugar and serve warm. 82 calories, 2 fat, 8 carbs, 5 protein. Serves 10.0 -
Hi, Im from Oklahoma, I am jealous of those that only need to lose 10 lbs. I need to lose 40-50. I am bigger than I was when I was 9 months pregnant with my second...thanks to birth control! Anyways I have began busting my bottom at the gym and tracking my calories! Anyone that wants to add me to help me with my motivation feel free to do so ( Tips are greatly appreciated ) ! I Wanna play soccer with my 5 year old and not be winded! Nice to meet yu all! :-)0

Add me if you like! My name is Becky and I'm from Iowa! I had been tracking through caloriecount.com but have recently switched to MFP as I am now using a fitbit, and they sync together. I would like to lose 10 lbs, but would be thrilled with 15 lbs. Pre baby weight of 2 would only be like 5 lbs but my body had changed so much that I have to weigh less to look the same...YIKES!!! Need to tone too! I'm only 5"..............IF I WAS TALL, I'D BE SKINNY!0

Yes I've been up and down for a good 5-6 months w/ the same ole 10 lbs. Those pesky 10 lbs. Wow you are starting w/ a little baby . . . great stuff!0

My little girl is 23months old, I reached prepregnancy weight when she was 6months old but have put on weight since, and was over weight to begin with, so my goal is more 45-50lbs but feel free to add me! I'm all for cheering people on0

Hello, i have 10 more to go, my scale has been stuck for the while but never the less i am doing jillian m exercises and hoping that will get me under 140lbs. I looove fitness pal i lost about 15lbs with logging in every day:)0

I need to lose 9... I'm having such a hard time getting motivated!! Something I have learned however..... flipping through magazines and staring at beautiful models with 6-pack abs does NOT help.. I try to do a little ab work while watching TV first.. it gets my heart racing just enough to make me want to get on the treadmill.. WHY IS THIS SO HARD!?!?!?!?!?0

I AM SOOOOOO IN! I am 34, 5'4, 134lbs (weighed this morning!). My goal is my "wedding" weight 11 years ago. I had a terrible car accident a year ago which resulted in medications and sedentary living so I gained 17lbs. I'm down 7 so far and I've got 10 to go! I have mastered meals that leave you FULL and that are HEALTHY and you CAN have a glass of wine and not ruin it all. I'm doing this for myself, no one else.
I really hope we can swap recipes, like under 400 calorie recipes.
Here's my fav:
1 1/2 cups baby spinach
thinly sliced red onion (not much, just what you like)
quartered button mushrooms, yellow peppers (sliced thinly - julienned)
2 tbsp of Kraft olive oil greek feta and oregano dressing
AND crumbled goat cheese/chevrai.
I can not get this salad in my mouth fast enough. Add chicken to the side or on it and it's a full meal. Keeps me full and HAPPY!
