Wednesday Mini Challenge

Options
Today's challenge is: Power Knees

Since we are continuing with the proper form theme as opposed to numbers......
Let's see if we can do 160 of them.

The goal is a TOTAL OF 160 using one or both legs.


You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    Finished! That will get your heart pumping! Did 80 each leg. I'm so glad Power Knees wasn't a squat type thing...I have omitted Squats from my working out...my right knee creeks and crunches like a very old house. Can't stand the audible noise of my knee during a squat :(

    I'm in also! I'm going gym with a couple other girls who have recently joined MFP, I will ensure we do this as well as our gym 500 step ups! (We saw it as a challenge on a weight loss reality show, whoever did 500 step ups first were exempt from being sent home!)
