Just wondering which one to start off with, classic or lean..I have been doing alot of cardio for 3 months now, not alot of strengh training, just 5 lb weighs for upper body..I like cardio and was wondering if I should start of with lean.

    I started with classic. Finished 1 round and had great results. I am starting round 2 of classic today!! Good luck You'll love it.

    Go with Classic. Muscle burns fat, and the more lean muscle you have, the more calories you burn 24/7. Don't worry about getting bulky; women can't get bulky without artificial assistance. Plus, you'll really enjoy Plyometrics.
