Hello, First post.. Bare with me..
I see a lot of discussion on daily calorie intake, meeting the goal, making up work out calories etc.
I'm curious about the other parts of daily goals.
Do you try to hit the number with protein fat and carbs?
Or are those numbers more of a guideline - not to exceed?

In th beginning it depends on how you eat and what you are going over on. You can raise and lower your % in custom goals to make your diary fit the way you eat. I would only raise or lower 5% at a time. If you raise protein your carbs and fat will change automatically.0

Actually, I'm always under for all of them.
Just wondering if I should try to be hitting the numbers with protein, carbs etc.0 -
Personally, I like to exceed my protein goal everyday while staying under (but getting close) in carbs and fat. I also watch my sodium intake as well.0
