Breast feeding and dieting......

I had a baby in Dec 2008 and have lost the "baby weight" but would like to get down to a healthier weight. I'm still breast feeding and know that I shouldn't limit my calorie intake to what it would be if I wasnt breast feeding.
Any one know how to figure out how many calories I should be eatting or how to determine that?:flowerforyou:

kellymom.com has a lot of good info about that. http://www.kellymom.com/nutrition/mom/mom-weightloss.html

Apparently Weight Watchers has a program for BF'ing moms, mentioned in the above article!
i have been eating an avg of 1600-1800 cals/day and have not had any problem with milk supply.
hope this helps! :flowerforyou: 0
