Yes its totally normal but do not I repeat DO NOT eat! This is your body lose...wait no loosing weight! Be sure to do lots of extra workouts and be sure not to eat your calories back becauce starvation mode is a myth! Hope this helps!0

I was the same way, then I had my Vitamin D tested. Too low. I am on prescription Vitamin D, 50,000 IU once/week for 8 weeks! Maybe get your Vitamin D and thyroid checked?0
