Not Seeing results

Hello I am trying my best not to eat unhealthy and have given up drinking beer as I have a bit of a pot, Im not doing any excersise yet but I have been eating a very low calorie diet, when will I see results whats the fastest way I can lose weight. I weigh 13.2 stone now.

    the best thing to do is set your loss-per-week here based on the amount you have to lose, and eat what it says.
    do some cardio and weight training to improve your body

    If you have 75+ lbs to lose 2 lbs/week is ideal,
    If you have 40-75 lbs to lose 1.5 lbs/week is ideal,
    If you have 25-40 lbs to lose 1 lbs/week is ideal,
    If you have 15 -25 lbs to lose 0.5 to 1.0 lbs/week is ideal, and
    If you have less than 15 lbs to lose 0.5 lbs/week is ideal

    you could start seeing results the first week, it might take up to a month. the "fastest" way rarely is the best way

    Make sure you are eating enough....if you don't eat enough, your body goes into "starvation mode" & actually stores fat. Drink water...it really helps. Also, you need to exercise, even if you just walk 10 more minutes a day...that is a start. Good luck!!!

    You have to exercise, that along with eating healthy will ensure weightloss! And healthy snacking in between meals will boost your metabolism!
