    Such wonderful breakfasts you all had. I got three hours sleep last night. Arrived one hour early at work because I had to drop hubby off at his work and all I had was 2 cups of lemonade. :cry:

    I love either one poached egg (or scrambled) on a slice or rye toast (little or no butter) and 1 tablespoon hot tomato salsa. I have a cappuccino and apple or nectarine.

    1 pot low fat strawberry yogurt (blanc battu) (103 cals)

    Total: 204

    I'll have a cup f garpes (62 cals) later on!

    And most of my water for the day... about 45 oz so far.

    45 oz. of water in the morning - how do you manage to get that down?!?! trying to force down 16 oz. myself lol.
