Ok maybe I'm crazy for what I'm going to have in a few minutes, but this diet I'm on for this week is very strict.
Oats with a little water, mashed banana, little honey, maybe some cinnamon and maybe some strawberries chopped. I'll bake it since I can't stand the texture of oatmeal. It kind of turns out like a cookie...sort of. Yesterday's was bland so I am hoping the banana will give it some sweetness! And pure apple juice.0 -

An egg raw is only like 34 Cals (I think) & All your doing to it is boiling it??
