Banana --90 calories
2 med hard boiled eggs --140 calories
2 slices sara lee 45 cal delightful -- 90 calories

I haven't had my normal cup of fat free cappuccino but will later.

    Ok maybe I'm crazy for what I'm going to have in a few minutes, but this diet I'm on for this week is very strict.
    Oats with a little water, mashed banana, little honey, maybe some cinnamon and maybe some strawberries chopped. I'll bake it since I can't stand the texture of oatmeal. It kind of turns out like a cookie...sort of. Yesterday's was bland so I am hoping the banana will give it some sweetness! And pure apple juice.

    Are hard boiled eggs really that many calories?? :grumble:

    An egg raw is only like 34 Cals (I think) & All your doing to it is boiling it??

    I have to research this one :happy:

    1 cup Kashi Honey & Flax cereal
    3/4 cup lowfat plain yogurt
    1/2 cup fat free plain yogurt
    (normally put a banana in there as well, but we're fresh out)
    1 cup black tea

    I love either one poached egg (or scrambled) on a slice or rye toast (little or no butter) and 1 tablespoon hot tomato salsa. I have a cappuccino and apple or nectarine.
  • Breakfast this morning, was

    and toped with strawberries.

    That was at 8oclock
