I'm trying a new dish tonight in my crock pot called Slow Cooker Mexican Chicken and Rice, my friend shared it with me from allrecipes.com
Bet it smells delicious. I LOVE crock pot recipes, and I'm a great believer in AllRecipes.com. The good thing is they have all the nutritional value for the servings along with the recipe, too!0 -
I had a black bean and avocado wrap for lunch, and I'm having another one for dinner because it's SO GOOD.

This sounds great! How are the rice noodles? I have never had them before.0 -
I have a jambalaya type thing in the oven. I kind of played with the recipe, so I hope it works. We made our own lean pork sausage on the weekend, and I used that, brown rice, tomatoes and some seasoning. We shall see...0
