NOOB - looknig for friends

I have been apart of Fitnesspal for almost a month and it would be awesome to have someone to talk to about things and workout with. I am in Hawaii, orignally from NY, home of record though is PA. I am trying to tone up adn lose weight. i have hit a plateau and have been at this point for a year. adn it is frustrating! i would really like to have a work out buddy cause doing this alone is really hard.

    have you tried changing your work out. not adding wieghts but like zumba for two weeks and then yoga for two weeks and then pilates. Or something like that.

    No, usually do something different everyday. the things that stay the same is cardio. I never thought of keeping the same work out for a period of time.
