3 Month Progress Report

Since adding the gym to MFP, 3 months ago:
Blood pressure today: 127 / 79 - no record of my previous one
BMI was 32.3 now 30.8
Resting heart rate: 61 BPM
Cardiovascular - Max VO2 was 46.0 now 49.0
Body Composition: was 30.7 % BF now 28.6 % BF
Overall Fitness: was 40 now 57.7 Went from high end of fair to high end of average.
Body Age: was 46 now 43
Weight: was 206 now 197
Pushups To Fail: was 29 now 36
I dropped 16 inches in total from body measurements, 2.1% body fat lost, and 2.0lbs of lean body mass lost. I'll attribute the loss of lean mass to under eating for all of the last 3 months except the last two weeks.
I'll grade myself as:
Diet - C - for under eating which cost me muscle mass and probably prevented some fat loss.
Workouts - A - for regular attendance and 100% effort
Sleep - B - I do pretty well getting 7 hours on week nights and more on weekends.
While I'm not overly impressed with the results vs the effort I feel I put in, I am excited that the next 3 months will show an even greater improvement. I just want to get a lot closer to my goal before it gets warm outside here in Ontario.
