What supplements do you take ? If any ?

I take a high potency multivitamin, iron ( im anemic), a biotin hair skin& nails formula, and flax. Oh and whey isoflex with my shakes. Im considering getting a good preworkout drink but i'm concerned about the amount of caffiene in them since i'm fairly sensitive to heart palpatations, not to mention they are a little on the pricey side. Anyone used them before ? What do you think ?

  • ON multi Vitamin for Men (contains BCAA's), Kre Akaline Creatine (formarly Creatine Monohydrate, liked it just wanted to try something different), ON 100% Whey Gold Standard Double Chocolate Protein, And days I lift I take ACG3 pre-workout. I love all the stuff I take and have had success towards my goals so far
  • thats wonderful thanks for sharing:) the bcaas are supposed to help with the muscle recovery, yes? what about the creatine?
