That looks horrible. No variety, and no vegetables.0

Too much cholesterol there and I agree, not enough veggies, try something like this:
Breakfast 8am:
8oz chilled water with lemon and mint
Smoothie-1/4 scoop Jay Rob Whey Protein Powder, 1/2 cup mixed berries (blue, black, ras), 1 scoop Amazing Grass Green Superfood powder (wheat grass, spiraling, alpha alpha and more), 1/2 banana (194 calories)
Snack: apple and tangerine, water
Lunch:
Romaine lettuce
grape tomatoes
cucumber
walnuts
extra virgin olive oil
balsalmic vinegar
grilled chicken
homemade unsweetened iced tea
Snack:
Dip: nonfat greek yogurt with garlic powder
raw broccoli
Water
7:30 Dinner:
Ceviche: Baked sole, Salsa, lemon juice
Water blended with fresh lemon juice, fresh mint
8:30 After dinner snack: 1/2 papaya

has this worked? you could add lettuce with the tuna and egg for a tuna salad, lettuce is only 1 calorie and has water in it.0

I'd want to kill myself eating that........:noway:
Insert some fun with a bit of diversification to include all food groups and additional recipes.

I agree I would go stir crazy just eating that.0 -
Why are you only eating that. I'm doing primal and I eat a bit more variety than that. Fruit is a moderation food on primal because it contains a lot of sugar.
Breakfast: 1/4 cup spinach, 1 tbs onion, 1/2 roma tomatos, 2 eggs, 4 sausage links, .5 tbs coconut oil
Lunch: 4oz roast beef, 6 romain lettuce leaves, .25 apple, cucumber, 1 stalk celery
Dinner: 1 small red potato, 1 tbs onion, 1/3 large tomato, 1tbs sour cream, 1 oz cheese0
