Today i finally went shopping for clothes for the first time since i started my journey in November. I picked up clothes in my 'normal' size (a UK 16) and went to try them on. They hung off me like a sack!!! so i went for the next size down and they were still too big!!! I ended up trying on a UK 12 and it FIT, i was so shocked, i just stood in the changing room in the dress staring in the mirror.
I knew i had lost some inches but i didn't realise that it was this much, especially as the scale hasn't moved for the last 5 weeks. Just thought i would share with you all because you all understand (my sister didn't get why i was stood gawping at my reflection) and just because i'm feeling kinda proud of myself for not giving up this time
