    Plateau holding strong still. 165. UGH!!! I'm SO ready to see 164! I've been stuck all month!!!!! It get's to be discouraging but I know I have to keep going. Just so ready to break it!

    Have you tried eating a small amount of calories more than you should? When I was at Weight Watchers there was a woman with the same problem, she was stuck at the same weight. The instructor suggested eating a couple more "points" sometimes that is what you need to re-start your body.

    I haven't tried that and I would be nervous about possibly gaining - but that was why I was paying a company to help me lose weight. To get professional advise. Good luck, I hope you break this cycle soon!

    No I haven't. It might be worth a try though considering staying within my calorie limit isn't helping right now. Thanks. Hadn't thought of that. Don't want to gain but am really ready to break this plateau too. :)

    I started at 163. My orginal goal was to get to 145. I reached my 145 now 140 sounds good. So 140 hear I come

    I got a bit side tracked with a chaotic silly season and picked up some weight, but started again on Sat 21 and already made progress!

    Sat 21 Jan - 91 kgs (200.6 pounds)

    Fri 27 Jan - 89 kgs (196.2 pounds)

    Lost: 3 kgs (4.4 pounds)

    Thank you! It's been a struggle lately, not to eat the right things, but to make sure that I am served the right things (traveling is a huge pain in *kitten* with "special" dietary needs) but through it all the weight continues to come off.

    I am a huge proponent of plant based nutrition!
