    NSV= Non scale victory!

    These are weight loss victories apart from the scale. Examples, clothes falling off, adjusting HRM (Heart rate monitor), accomplishing something because of weight loss or muscle strength.

    I was wondering the same until someone told me. Could not work it out at all.

    Non Scale Victory - seeing the weight loss without use of scales, like fitting into clothes that did not fit before
