 I have lost 10 pounds in a month. I am very happy, but at the same time I am not.
 I am not happy because I know I have been cheated and haven't been to the gym enough.

 @charnn66 - I agree business travel is one of the hardest things. Especially when you can't get an extended stay for cooking and you're in small towns with very limited restaurant options.0

 I am having a tummy tuck in May because I have lots of hanging skin(i mean gets in the way of my pants) the doctor estimated to be about 10 lbs at the least so I will adjust weight goals after surgery. I am still going strong though.0
