Alright y'all! I'm going to Fridays tonight with the girls for a girls night out, however, I've never been there.. I've researched their calorie menu online and found that basically I can drink water.. any suggestions on what I can eat?!

    LOVE and HATE that place...

    Eat a really good healthy meal BEFORE YOU GO

    then order a dry salad with grilled chicken. (I bring slad spray with me when I eat out)

    GOOD LUCK avoiding temptation in that place is really impossible!!
  • Going out is hard, just eat half of what is on your plate or share with someone and you'll be good.

    Don't go crazy, but enjoy yourself! A cheat meal a week is recommended. Make this yours!

    Parmesan Crusted Chicken. Grilled chicken cobb salad, Ask for no cheese and dressing on the side. Just don't get a dessert. It's a whole day's worth of calories.
  • It is always recommended that you have one day out of the week (whether that is always the same day or not is your choice) that is a "cheat" day, where you eat what you want. Davey's idea is good, about only eating half of a portion. You can either box up the other half for another night, or share with a friend. My family and I always go out to dinner on Friday nights, and I usually start off by boxing half of the meal before I even start eating.

    Thanks! I was able to "dumb" down my calorie count at dinner! It was wonderful!
