drinking more water

Hi

Any tips to get me drinking more water? I don't really drink juice/coffee etc. Maybe 3 cups of tea a day then couple glasses of water. It sounds silly but I just forget to drink. Just wonder what works fir other people to get your quota per day.

    Hi,

    I carry around a 16oz water bottle and fill it up in the morning. My goal is to drink the 16oz before lunch while working and then I refill at lunch and I will usually drink the full 16 oz before 3:00..and then I refill again at the gym while working out..my goal is to always finish at a specific time/activity. I also put benefiber strawberry and kiwi flavor packet in my water in the morning. It helps get a % of my fiber in too and it is 0 calories.. :) Try lemon in your water too. It helps with detoxing your system.

    Hi~

    A squeeze of lemon or lime helps me get my water in. I also try to guzzle at least 8 oz. before each meal. Good luck.:drinker:

    I don't worry about any quota... Just drink when you are thirsty.

    Eating a clean, consistent diet will take care of all the de-tox, water retention stuff.
