I watched it last night...I actually really enjoyed it...though the worst part was the guys wife saying "It's really hard to be married to someone who doesn't care about their health"....except that she's like 350lbs.0

I agree! I saw it as well and when she was tattling on her husband I thought "good grief where is her trainer?! How well does she think she would do!"0 -

Yeah...she was kind of ridiculous...but way to go for that guy losing 100lbs. The other lady didn't do too bad either.0 -

I saw it and enjoyed it. Although I thought that trying to lose 25% percent of their body weight in 16 weeks was a bit extreme. But I was really impressed with the amount both of them lost.0

I think for most overweight people I'd agree but I'd imagine at 500lbs the weight just kind of falls off when you make big changes.0
