So Delicious Coconut milk? Refrigerate or not?

I bought a box of unsweetened So Delicious Coconut milk. It wasn't refrigerated in the store, but I don't know if I'm supposed to refrigerate it after I opened it. I searched all over the box and I can't find anything about refrigerating it! Does anyone know?

    When in doubt, say yes. Are you talking about the big carton? If so, definitely yes. We've bought that one before. Good for 7-10 days after opening, kept in the fridge.

    There are some shelf-stable boxed non-dairy milks out there, but most say right on the box that they should be refrigerated upon opening & how many days they're good after opening. I would guess that kind falls into the latter category, but even if not you're better off sticking it in the fridge so it doesn't go bad anyway.

    I refrigerate mine. don't know if it needs it but I think it taste best that way.

    Yes--you definitely want to refrigerate coconut milk after opening. :)

    Even if you don't have to, I would recommend it. Room temperature milk (from any source) doesn't sound very appetizing.
