I totally cheated yesterday and ate a big ol' meal of turkey and stuffing and mashed potatoes, etc at this cute little English restaurant. So its not really punishment because I love it, but I made myself get up for a 6am run (usually run after work these days). I did 5 miles at a 9.5 minute per mile pace! That was 30 seconds faster than I normally run. I am getting back on track. And the best part is my work out is already done and out of the way and I can plan my meals better because I already know how many calories I've burned.

Don't call it a "cheat day", call it what it truly was, a "treat day"! Congrats on the 6am run! Sometimes those extra carbs can help on your performance!!! Best to you always, Rick0
